We created this state-of-the-art property in the Forrest Hill area to complement the neighborhood and fit into its sustainable future, mimicking nearby home features while making bolder choices. Our striking design incorporates black and gold elements that are immediately obvious, and net-zero choices that are subtle but powerful. Our off-grid design employs geothermal energy, sunlight solar panels, and passive energy-saving measures like deliberately positioned windows, the choice of insulation, and even the building’s orientation and color.
