Lakeshore Blvd Residence explores the potential for a six-storey rental building along Toronto’s vibrant waterfront corridor. During the feasibility phase, our team coordinated extensively with municipal authorities to address the site’s location within a flood zone, ensuring safety and long-term resilience.
The study focused on optimizing unit layouts for maximum livability and efficiency while refining parking strategies to meet urban demands. Collaboration with structural consultants, including a detailed review with Hoodad, allowed for right-sizing the building to six storeys—balancing density with neighbourhood context and zoning constraints.
