Ossington Collective is a mixed-use feasibility study reimagining a property for a bold “Dine-to-Disco” concept. The client envisioned a venue where restaurants, nightlife, and hospitality could seamlessly overlap. Our study tested how to redesign the building for maximum efficiency while amplifying the guest experience.
The design introduced multiple restaurant floors connected vertically, creating a dynamic flow between dining and entertainment spaces. On the upper level, a temporary hotel was added for guests seeking a one-night stay, extending the cultural and social energy of the project beyond dining.
Ossington Collective demonstrates how design can transform a single property into a layered destination that blends food, culture, and nightlife under one roof.
