When the growing demand for luxury accommodation at Wander the Resort called for an expansion, we provided a design that met their vision. By adding eight more cabins, a spa, and massage facility, our expansion complemented the resort’s flexible new event space to prepare it for its future. Value engineering also tied our design work into 6ix Build’s construction services, using exposed structural elements that function as interior features, and insulated concrete forms to improve the cabins’ energy efficiency while simultaneously reducing construction time.
The project has already gained attention beyond the design community, with Wander’s new Nordic spa and cabins featured on BlogTO as one of Ontario’s most exciting new resort destinations.
