In a midtown Toronto neighborhood where acquiring permits was a challenge, we successfully completed a unique full-service design. The property’s main floor is located on top of the garage and the structure of the house is integrated with the curtain wall system. A load-bearing curtain wall system functions as one of the main structural elements of the house.
