Following a linear minimal structure, our design envisions a simple, modern look for this 8,000-square-foot property. Inside, we have created a unique circulation where any point in the house provides natural light and simultaneous privacy. Meanwhile, a new space between the house’s existing floors provides ready access to the backyard.
