For The Flour Mill in the town of St. Marys, we considered both the building’s history and its future. At 150 years old, the iconic mill had previously served as a support building for the nearby theatre. Since then, it had been underused. We were able to expand the mill from one commercial space and a two-story apartment into five new commercial spaces and four residential units, all while respecting its heritage status.
