This four-story, 30,000-square-foot project is an exceptional showcase of our design capabilities, showcasing privacy and accessibility. The efficiency of our design allows for 18 units, including nine apartments and nine townhouses. On the ground level, apartments come with a unique design that includes individual private backyards. Above, the townhouse units have private elevators and parking spaces accessed by a car elevator, with greenery planted throughout and outside.
