Bayview Townhouses showcases our ability to transform ordinary residences into luxurious, adaptable homes. Taking over from the previous architect, we reimagined 11 spacious units—over 24,000 square feet in total—by refining layouts to maximize natural light, minimize wasted hallways, and introduce flexible den spaces for modern living. The result is homes that balance openness with efficiency, designed to meet today’s demand for flexibility and comfort.
Our redesign demonstrates how contemporary architecture can merge elegance with practicality. Every element, from room proportions to circulation flow, was tailored to support working from home, entertaining, and family life.
