Harwood Centre is a mixed-use vision in massing study, with active MZO, ZBA, and OPA applications. Designed with a focus on Muslim culture, the project integrates community-oriented spaces, including a cultural grocery store, to serve as both a residential hub and a cultural destination.
The massing explores forms that balance density and livability, creating flexible residential and commercial opportunities while ensuring cultural values are embedded in the design.
