As a gateway to East Gwillimbury, Bradford, and King Township, this commercial plaza needed to address the concerns of multiple municipal and conservational authorities. From limited regional sewage capacity to natural heritage features, we satisfied a range of stakeholder concerns while considering the area’s sustainable growth. Now, this site plan includes major internationally known brands, digital signage for the town of East Gwillimbury, and a four-story building with medical and office space.
