Our thoughtful, resident-focused renovation elevated this previously poor rental building into an functional, livable space. Inside the units, we added washers, dryers, and kitchen facilities, along with workspaces for a post-pandemic world. In the building’s shared spaces, we added built-in furniture to improve the layout, upgraded the amenities for a more comfortable experience, and added features like an office, a gym, and a study room.
