We partnered with the Heal Development Company to design and renovate this 12-storey high-rise in a two-phase project. First, we made the existing buildings more usable, adding more units to provide additional rental income for the developer during the development process. Then, we developed a new 12-story high-rise, which was focused on healing and human health. For the exterior, we considered the building’s interaction with its neighbourhood and the cityscape. Because of the building’s proximity to water, we were also able to integrate waves as a central element of its design, with its 200,00-square-foot, Balinese-style interior completing a design focused on healing and harmony.
