After replacing the previous architect, we showcased our design capabilities with these uniquely spacious townhouse units, then showcased them again with a complete redesign. We reduced wasted hallway areas, added den spaces, and better tailored the room sizes in all 11 units. At over 24,000 total square feet, we’ve created more luxurious, functional living spaces for a post-pandemic world.
