We designed this ambitious new 10-story development to meet Oshawa’s future with the right mixture of programs and services. The apartment complex will meet projected increased student enrolled for both Durham College and Ontario Tech University by offering student and affordable housing in a mixture of residences, from stacked townhouses to multi-bedroom units. Inspired by towers of stacked books and properly lit by natural light, the ambitious development is designed to seamlessly facilitate student life with 330,000 square feet of space for living, amenities, and restaurants.
